Double Tree by the hilton wedding
Being Sheila & Domenic's wedding photographer was a unique experience as they weren't local to the area. The bride, Sheila, is initially from Toronto, while Domenic is based in New York City. Rather than searching for a wedding photographer in New York, they opted for a local wedding photographer in Toronto and London area. London is conveniently positioned as a midpoint for both families, which meant that it was the ideal wedding reception in London Ontario, allowing both sides of the family to join their wedding celebration.
Sheilas wedding prep photos were done at Double Tree by Hilton in London Ontario where she prepared her hair and makeup, which was conveniently where they were holding their reception.
The day started in the Prime Minister Suite at the Double Tree by Hilton, where Sheila got ready alongside her bridesmaids. The space was filled with natural light, making it ideal for capturing soft, candid wedding photography moments for her wedding photos. From champagne toasts to quiet emotional moments before the ceremony, everyone had a fun time.
Having wedding photography at St. Peter’s Basilica in London provides some of the most breathtaking church wedding photos due to its soaring ceilings and intricate architecture.
After the ceremony the couple had their wedding reception at the Double Tree by Hilton. It was transformed by Twelfth Night Events into a stunning, modern space that reflected Sheila and Domenic’s style perfectly. With heartfelt speeches, a packed dance floor, and a ton of energy from start to finish, the night ended just as beautifully as it began.
