On average my couples pay approximately 3,800 - 4,700 depending on their needs and how much coverage is required. You will find a full breakdown of my services above. I don't hide my prices like most photographers - no BS here. Only transparency.
I'd love to talk about your wedding, so feel free to contact me here if you have specific questions.
I understand that pricing can be a significant factor in your decision-making, and I’ll be the first to tell you that hiring me isn’t cheap. The wedding industry is one where you truly get what you pay for. My pricing reflects the quality of service you receive not only in the quality of my work, but in the process of planning/scheduling and communication from from beginning to end.
If there are specific aspects of my pricing that you'd like to discuss further, or if you have any budget constraints, I'm more than willing to explore options that can accommodate your needs.
On average, my couples book 10 hours of coverage. Everyone's wedding is different so I'll need to know more about your wedding to give you a firm answer.
Most of my couples book up to 2 years in advance to secure their wedding date. I can't tell you how many times I've had an inquiry from a couple looking to book me, only for them to message me weeks (or months!) later and find out I'm no longer available for their wedding.
If you like my work and we're a good match, book me as soon as possible. I only reserve dates with a signed agreement and deposit and I never double book.
The short answer? It depends (yes, this is an annoying answer).
Second shooters are always valuable but if you have a small wedding without too many festivities, your money is better spent elsewhere.
However, if your wedding is filled with different events, if you have a lot of guests, a busy ceremony, if you want secondary angles, or if you need two photographers at different locations, I recommend you book a second shooter.
You can book a second shooter at any point before the wedding day.
It's 20% to reserve the date. The remaining 80% is due 10 days before your wedding day.
On a 10-12 hour wedding day, you'll receive approximately 1000-1200 fully edited high-resolution images.
The photos you don't receive are typically duplicates of the photos I deliver.
I'll maybe take 6000 photos on a wedding day and pick the best variations. The photos that don't make the cut are the ones where you/your guests are blinking, you're in mid transitions or ones that are virtually identical to those delivered.
Yes! I love black and white photos, but they have their place in a gallery.
It's hard to explain, but the way I decide if a photo will also be delivered in black and white depends on the 'feel' of the image. If there are images in your gallery that you'd like to make black and white, let me know and I'll make it happen.
Yup. There will be a healthy mix of candid and posed photos in your gallery.
Call it luck, but after 8 years in the industry I've never missed a wedding. If in the absolute WORST case scenario I can't make it, I will send out my associate photographer who is just as amazing as I am and I will edit the photos. I can also refer you to any colleagues that I know with a similar style if you prefer.
If you need to reschedule your engagement shoot, it's all good. Shit happens. Pick a new date and we'll reschedule.
I strongly recommend you reserve at least 2 hours for your portrait photo session, especially if you have a videographer. This way we won't be in a rush, and I can capture those beautiful photos you hired me for. For family photos, add an extra 30 minutes onto that (2.5 hours total).
Awesome! If your collection includes an engagement shoot, we'll begin planning your engagement session since your wedding will likely be months or 1-2 years away.
I encourage you to keep me in the loop when you're planning your wedding. Anything from the schedule, timing and locations - I have your back and I'll guide you in the right direction. Please don't feel like you're being bothersome. This is what you're paying for and I want you to have the perfect wedding day. Selfishly, the perfect wedding day makes my job juuust a little easier.
When it comes to my communication, I'll personally reach out one month before your wedding and/or your engagement shoot (unless discussed otherwise), since that's when details are typically ironed out. I'm very diligent when it comes to my communication, so you can expect a follow-up within 24-48 hours. If it's an emergency, you'll have my number and you can text me at any time.
