I’m Fadi, the lead photographer of Fadi Mawagdeh Photography, based in Toronto and New York. I'm an outgoing person with an outrageous personality to match. The way I talk, the humour I use when I engage with all of my couples… It’s authenticity in the purest form, and my work is a direct reflection of my self-expression.
Mixing my personality with photography just seemed natural, so I make it a point to build a relationship with all of my couples. It's the only way you will feel confident and comfortable in front of the camera. Most wedding photographers are fine just being photographers
To me, that's not enough.
When you work with me, you're working with someone who genuinely cares about capturing your wedding day the way you want. You're working with who will be with you every step of the way.

Meet Fadi
- I’ve had a luscious mane for the last 15 years.
- I studied business and law in my undergrad and I almost pursued a joint JD & MBA program.
- I’m obsessed with Mariah Carey, despite being a complete metal head.
- My pre-wedding ritual consists of having a karaoke sesh in my car.
- I will one day fulfill my goal of wearing blue jeans and a cowboy hat at a Joe Nichols concert.
- I’m half Lebanese and half Jordanian.
- I have a very unhealthy relationship with gummy bears.
- I can eat 2 large pizzas and still have room for an entire cake (not exaggerating).
- I’m the youngest of three 👶.
- I’ve ripped at least 7 pairs of pants while shooting weddings (update: 9 as of 2025!).
