Sara and Mohammed met a year prior to their engagement shoot. They were initially looking to have their engagement shoot in London, Ontario. However, they were looking for scenery that a was a little different from what would be found locally. As an engagement photographer in Toronto, the first location that came to mind was a Guild Inn Estate and Scarborough Bluffs engagement shoot given their unique atmosphere and architecture.
We started the first half of their engagement session at the Guild Inn Estate in Scarborough - one of Toronto's most versatile and charming engagement photo locations. With its mix of historic architecture and lush gardens, it allows for either formal or casual engagement photography in Toronto. It offers a timeless and romantic setting that's perfect for couples who are looking to dress up in formal attire, yet be laid back at the same time. For the second half of their engagement shoot in Toronto, we made our way to the Scarborough Bluffs for golden hour, which was about ten minutes away from Guild Inn. The Bluffs are one of the most iconic spots to have engagement and wedding photography in Toronto as it's the perfect setting for warm and dreamy photos. Surrounded with its breathtaking cliffs and slopes, it provides a breathtaking backdrop that makes you believe you're out of the province.
